2. What happens after I mail my application form and fees?

Once we have received your completed application form and application fee, we will contact you to inform you of your status. We will let you know what documents we require, if any, and what your remaining tuition and fees are. Once the $500 CAD non-refundable, non-transferable tuition deposit has been paid, we will send you an Official Admission Letter. You will need this letter to get an international Student Visa or Study Permit (if you require one). Student Visas and/or Study Permits take several months to process. We suggest you apply early to the program you want to attend.

________________________________________________________________

3. Do I have to apply for an international student visa or study permit?

If the length of your program is less than six months, you do not have to apply for an international Student Visa or Study Permit. If the program you choose is longer than six months, you will be required to apply. To learn more, contact the Canadian Embassy or Consulate in your home country or visit the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website. If you intend to study in consecutive programs, it is strongly recommended that you apply for a Student Visa or Study Permit before entering Canada.

________________________________________________________________

4. Can I apply for my relative who is out of the country, and will I get a letter for immigration?

Yes, you can apply for a relative and get an Official Letter for Immigration, as long as the $500 CAD non-refundable, non-transferable tuition deposit has been paid, and that your relative has met the program requirements.

________________________________________________________________

5. What if I (or my relative, if they apply for me) cannot get a Visa, do I get my money back?

You will get a full refund less all non-refundable charges as long as NorQuest College receives ALL official/original documents and receipts.

Please review our Refund Policy to get full details.

* Note: MUST be the original documents and receipts; copies are not accepted.

6. Will I need a visa for my family members?

You should contact the Canadian Embassy or Consulate in your own country to find out the details. Visit www.cic.gc.ca to learn more.
